How I Met Your Mother heads into Season 7 with a big two-season pickup that will take the series through Season 8 in the spring of 2013. We now know that eventually Barney is going to get married and that at this wedding, Ted will meet the Mother of the title – laying a ton of groundwork for the end of the series.
